Rules of the Tribunals and Court
The Rules and Practice Directions of the Tribunals set out details of procedures and practices followed by the Tribunals and the Registry and required of those who come to the Tribunals.
There is one set of Rules for the Industrial Relations Court and Commission (the Industrial Proceedings Rules 2010) and another for the Workers Compensation Tribunal (Workers Compensation Tribunal Rules 2009).
