LICENSING COURT
On 11 November 2010, initiatives explored by the Attorney General, the Chief Judge of the District Court and the Senior Judge of the Industrial Relations Court gave rise to the appointment of Judge Jennings and Judge Gilchrist as Judges of the Licensing Court of SA and, for the time being, all the work of the Court will be done by them. Their Honours have now reviewed some of the previously existing practices and processes and implemented some variations and some others are foreshadowed.
