DECISIONS UNDER APPEAL
This "List of Decisions Under Appeal" contains details of appeals filed in and awaiting determination by the Industrial Relations Court, the Industrial Relations Commission and the Workers Compensation Tribunal.
The details include the parties involved, the decision under appeal, the relevant Member, and the proposed hearing date.
After the hearing, the list will be updated to include the Bench Member(s) and whether the decision was reserved. When the decision is handed down it will be deleted from the List.
