Library
The library is located on level 7. A specialised collection of industrial, employment and workers compensation material is maintained primarily for the Members of the Court, Commission and Tribunal.
The collection includes law reports, texts, journals, loose-leaf services and legislation relevant to employment law. The library also keeps a selection of legal reference works including encyclopedias, dictionaries, digests and case citators. In addition, a reference and research service is provided to the Members.
Restricted access to the collection is available to the general public. Material can be used in the library but cannot be borrowed. Photocopying facilities at a charge of 22 cents per page (client to do the photocopying) are available. Research services are not offered to the general public.
